Late Cancel &
No-Show Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Any appointments cancelled after 12 hours or missed completely with no notice are subject to a missed appointment fee (100% of the missed service). This is to protect the barbers time as well as ensure your spot is secured. Due to an influx in missed appointments, we are forced to charge the full price of the service booked if you late cancel or no-show, as this is our source of income, we expect and appreciate the time commitment that our several reminders should help you remember.

***We’re not monsters…we understand things happen and are very forgiving and understanding of that. Missed appointment fees don’t normally become a thing until it becomes a glaringly obvious pattern that disrupts our ability to schedule other clients. Or you’re being a douche canoe….
PLEASE just shoot us an email any time at all before, during, or after an appointment/emergency. Especially because we worry and want to know you weren’t kidnapped. If you’re currently being kidnapped, email us the code word “peaches”.
